Mix all ingredients together carefully. Place in lightly greased bowl. Turn dough to greased top. Cover with parchment paper and tea towel. Let rise in warm place (50°- 70°C) until doubled (60 to 90 minutes).
Punch Down. Turn out onto lightly floured board. Divide and shape dough into 8 balls. Roll out each ball on lightly floured surface to a circle 10 – 12 cm in diameter.
Place on ungreased non-stick pan and fry on medium heat on both sides till ready.
