WHOLEWHEAT FLAT BREAD
You can bake a regular loaf out of it or divide dough in pieces and cook flat bread as well. It came out 8 mini round flat breads (approximately 40 g each raw).

  1. Mix all ingredients together carefully. Place in lightly greased bowl. Turn dough to greased top. Cover with parchment paper and tea towel. Let rise in warm place (50°- 70°C) until doubled (60 to 90 minutes).
  2. Punch Down. Turn out onto lightly floured board. Divide and shape dough into 8 balls. Roll out each ball on lightly floured surface to a circle 10 – 12 cm in diameter.
  3. Place on ungreased non-stick pan and fry on medium heat on both sides till ready.
