Morning rush? Yeah, I know! I’ve been there myself. But it does not mean you have to skip your Breakfast! Just keep it Quick and Easy. Here is an idea of very simple, yet delicious and healthy fitness Breakfast for you 😉 Also you can add a slice or even two 🙂 of a wholegrain toast.

Instructions
  1. Grease your pan with Olive Oil. Cook separately Whole Egg and Egg Whites. Remove from pan, when ready.
  2. Slightly fry sliced mushrooms till golden color.
  3. Season with Salt and Black Pepper up to your taste. Garnish with Basil leaves.
