Tender, moist and super delicious Protein Banana Cake will become your next favorite idea for “Quick and Easy” healthy fitness desserts, which will not only satisfy your cravings for sweets, but will also, provide your body with good combination of Macro Nutrients your body needs for great performance and/or recuperation.
I slice the whole cake in 4 pieces, can have one before my training and 1 after and rest store refrigerated for the next day or… 🙂 I can have the last 2 pieces later on the day, if I can’t resist it… Lol 🙂 Even if you have the whole cake, it is so good and healthy for you and in addition it saves you time! 🙂 Just bake 1 cake and you will have 4 delicious GUILT FREE desserts with great combination of Nutrients! What can be better?

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blending jar and process them till smooth consistency.
  2. Grease a pan with Coconut Oil and pour the mixture in it.
  3. Bake in preheated oven till 190C for 30 – 35 minutes or till ready.
  4. Check if the cake is ready with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, turn off the heat and let your cake cool down.
