Customized Training Plan will be designed accordingly to your specific needs and wants, based on your fitness goals and physical health.

  • Tempo
  • Rest Period
  • VIDEO (me performing exercise or taken from exercise library) linked to every exercise for your convenience to use the program from your phone while training
  • How To Read The Program – optional – (if you need help in terminology used in the program)
  • 30 minutes Run Through over phone or Skype (we will discuss any questions you may have after receiving your Plan)


  1. Once the payment is received, you will get a Questionnaire via e-mail (please notify if you would like an e-mail to be used which is different from the one provided at checkout).
  2. We will start by having you filling out the Questionnaire and sending it back to me at info@fitolife.com.
  3. The answers provided in the Questionnaire will give me all necessary information in order to create a training program tailored to your specific goals and needs.
  4. Please allow  2 – 4 days to have your Program designed.
