OVERNIGHT OATS WITH PEAR IN A JAR

Overnight oats will make your morning mealtime much easier. Just prepare them an evening before and the next morning you have a chewy oat sensation breakfast ready to enjoy.

Overnight oats are simple oats mixed with your favorite liquid (dairy milk, any nut milk, yogurt or coconut water), which is absorbed overnight.

Topping ideas are endless. You can add them the night before or the next morning you are having your Oats.

This quick and easy breakfast is a great alternative to regular cooked oats and it will keep your hunger under control. For this recipe, I used Greek Yogurt and as it is very thick, the next morning my oats came out ice-cream consistency! Very delicious! Try it out.
