It is very important to start your morning with full nutritious breakfast. This is what I have for my breakfasts very often – variety of omelettes stuffed with different kind of meats and vegetables with wholegrain toast, if I do not add oat flour to my omelette. After 6 – 8 hours of sleep, you need to start up your metabolism going and get your body’s processes moving.

Instructions
  1. Chop onions. Add olive oil to the pan and cook onions till slightly golden.
  2. Add small pieces of chicken breast; cook till chicken is almost ready.
  3. Add mushrooms, cook till ready.
  4. Meanwhile in a bowl whisk egg, egg whites and oat flour. Add salt, black pepper up to your taste. Pour the mixture into the pan, cover it and cook till eggs are ready.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped dill.
