I am quite obsessed with homemade cookie dough! It is so easy and fun to make. Also it is the best on the go option, which is full of Protein, Complex Carbohydrates, Healthy Fats and Fiber. You can make lots of these delicious protein bites ahead and store them in fridge.

Instructions
  1. I used blender to process all ingredients to a fine and smooth mixture.
  2. Once the consistency is reached remove from blender and form a square, put in fridge for 10 - 15 min (if too moist).
  3. Once it's cooled, cut in pieces. This is so easy and yummy. Try it out!
