Instructions
  1. Bake or boil beet root, boil carrots; once ready, chop in small squares, add chopped cauliflower and leeks.
  2. To unfreeze green peas just rinses under warm water for 30 sec, add to other ingredients, season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
