ALL IN ONE PAN BREAKFAST

ALL IN ONE PAN BREAKFAST

I love “all in one pan” kinda Breakfasts 🙂 You don’t have to think much of what to prepare, just open your fridge and let your imagination take over 🙂 combine your favorite vegetables, meats (if you eat meat) together in a pan and add some eggs on top! So easy and delicious.

ALL IN ONE PAN BREAKFAST
I had some turkey breast meat prepped the other day, so I decided to use it for breakfast as well. I cooked it very simple way: added a bit of water in my pan and steamed until it was ready with my favorite spices. Also why I love "All in One Pan Breakfast" type of meals, it's because you can have it any time of the day! It's so quick to prepare, yet delicious and very filling.

Instructions
  1. For this recipe I used only 5 g of Olive Oil to fit in my daily Fat Intake. You can easily go up to 1 tbsp.
  2. Add chopped onions to Olive Oil and cook a minute.
  3. Add bell peppers, cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
  4. Add turkey and tomatoes. Do not overcook veggies, they should keep the color.
  5. Crack 2 eggs on top and add 50 g of egg whites.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook till eggs are done up to your liking. Scatter with chopped parsley or cilantro (up to your taste ). Remove from heat.
