5 MINUTE EGG WHITE PIZZA with SWEET POTATO and MUSHROOMS

L_20_long_fullYou will fall in love with my 5 Minutes Egg White Pizza with Sweet Potato and Mushrooms! It is LOW in Fat and Carbs and High in Protein! This is a complete nutritious quickest Breakfast, Lunch or even Dinner! It contains everything your body needs in a perfect combination – healthy Fats (coconut oil), complex Carbs (sweet potato & mushrooms) and lean Protein (egg whites & low fat cheese)! To make it a little bit spicy, I add black pepper, salt and curry powder (if you like it). I love Curry Powder; it has so many health benefits, including the prevention of cancer, protection against heart disease, reduce Alzheimer’s disease symptoms, ease pain and inflammation, boost bone health, protect the immune system from bacterial infections, and increase the liver’s ability to remove toxins from the body.

Back to my Pizza…. 🙂 I usually divide the whole Pizza in 4 portions and I’m good for a day! I have it with some vegetables or salad and can add a slice of wholegrain toast or pita. It is really Supper Delicious, Easy and Healthy! Try it out!

Instructions
  1. Fry chopped onions, mushrooms and sweet potato in coconut oil for few minutes.
  2. Once sweet potato is soft, add spices up to your taste. Mix well. Add egg whites.
  3. Once egg whites are cooked, add low fat cheese on top. Cover and let it melt.
  4. Sprinkle with some dill.
